Prepare before travelling

Have your reservation code, flight number and a reachable phone number ready. Check your selected terminal. Tell us the country that issued your driving licence and about any additional drivers in advance so we can confirm the documents required.

Arrival and vehicle collection

Your meeting point and time are agreed in advance for your reservation. After collecting your luggage, go to the agreed meeting point. At handover, check the vehicle condition, fuel level, selected extras and contract details together.

If your flight is delayed

Let us know about flight time or terminal changes by phone or WhatsApp. A reachable phone number is particularly useful for arranging night arrivals. Reconfirm the meeting arrangements for your revised arrival time.

Returning before your flight

Confirm the return location and time in advance and allow time for the vehicle check and airport procedures. Return the car with the same fuel level as at collection. HGS tolls and any other charges are checked at return.

What determines the price?

Rental dates, times, vehicle and selected extras determine the total. For a one-way rental between Izmir and another active delivery location, the Izmir tariff and the applicable one-way fee apply. Collection and return at the same location outside Izmir use that location’s tariff and minimum rental duration.
